Check license plate light from the rear of the vehicle l Audi Q7, A4, S4, Audi Q5, TT, A5, S5, R8 only Interior Lights – check all interior lights, glove box illumination, control lights and MMI (if applicable) l Doors – lubricate doors, check straps and hood latch l A8 only l Except A8 Rear Lid Hinges – lubricate l A8 only l A8 only Service Reminder Display – reset l l l Horn – check function l l Brake System – check for damage, leaks, pad thickness, fluid level l l l Brake Discs – check thickness l Exhaust System – check for damage, leaks l l Front Axle – check for excessive play, check dust seals on ball joints and tie rod ends l A3, A6, S6, A8 only l Drive Shaft Boots – check l l Automatic Transmission and Final Drive – check for leaks l l Manual Transmission and Final Drive – check for leaks l l Continuously Variable Transmission (multitronic) – change ATF l Haldex Clutch – change oil l A3, TT only DSG/S Tronic – change oil and replace filter element l A3, TT only Underbody – check for damage and leaks l l Road Test – check braking, kick-down, steering, electrical, heating and ventilation systems, air conditioning, ASL Automatic Shift Lock and power accessories l l Timing Belt – replace at 110K miles (175 km) on Audi TT 2.0T with front wheel drive and A3 2.0L TDI only. Check condition of timing belt tensioning system, dampening pulleys, and idler pulleys and replace if necessary. Brake Fluid – replace every 2 years regardless of mileage. Cloth Top – check function and rollover protection every 2 years regardless of mileage (Audi A5/S5 Cabriolet only). *If DPF replacement is not necessary, perform check every 20,000 miles (30,000 km) thereafter until replacement becomes necessary.
